Shirajul Islam was honored with the prestigious "Swadeshmrittika Charity Award 2025" for his exceptional contributions in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The event was held on May 3, 2025, at the Archives Auditorium in Agargaon, Dhaka, with great enthusiasm and the presence of distinguished guests, dignitaries, and social leaders.

Md. Sirajul Islam is a prominent figure in Bangladesh’s media and ICT landscape. He currently serves as an editor at Bangladesh Betar, Dhaka Centre, where he plays a vital role in shaping public broadcasting content. In addition to his work in national media, he also holds the position of ICT Secretary at the Swadeshmrittika Human Development Organization, a reputed socio-cultural and educational platform committed to humanitarian causes.

Beyond his professional and organizational engagements, Md. Shirajul Islam is also a digital media pioneer. He is the director of the widely followed Facebook page Apon tv.Press and the YouTube channel Apon TV Official, both of which are known for producing meaningful and informative content that resonates with a diverse audience.
